February 2019 saw us camped up on Exmoor and the north Devon coast. Our aim was to create a story about three lifelong friends and how important it is to make the effort to meet up occasionally and remember what it was that made you the best of friends in the first place. I worked closely on this shoot with Copper Tree Media who developed the moving image side of the project (see Video below). We also had some marvellous people assisting us in the shape of Sean Smiles, Santiago Pilgrim and Miguel Pilgrim - we really would have struggled without these guys.
We had some amazing brands on board - Heritage Landrover of Gloucester, Peregrine Clothing, Blundstone Boots and British Vintage Boxing.
We couldn’t have asked for better models in Nick Pearce, Glen Power and Owain Jones - all great guys and never got tired of trying new things and working hard irrespective of the long days and cold weather. Russ and Dan from Landrover were also great and couldn’t have been more accommodating with our requests to photograph the Landrovers. We were also joined by Jane on day two who brought her amazing horses and the guys got to channel their ‘Outlaw Josey Wales’ for the afternoon!
We had what can only be described as an epic time and my personal thanks goes to all that were involved.
